Alexander Gufler set out to create a very restrained, materially expressive chair with a high degree of comfort and a stacking function. Axel is a universal chair and is equally at home in a private dining room, a corporate meeting room or a university library. The chair is available in solid ash, solid maple or solid american walnut.

An upholstered seat pad, in felt or leather will be available.
